Job Purpose

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in effectively coordinating project execution and completion within scope, schedule, and budget. Your main focus will be to manage the execution of global rollout strategies for existing and new Modular products and solutions. You will instill a culture of high performance and quality within the organization to achieve a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty among Modular's customer base.

Travel Requirements

As a Project Manager at Modular Mining Systems Inc, you can expect travel requirements of up to 30% for this role. The travel may involve visiting different project sites, meeting with regional teams, and attending industry conferences or meetings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to successful completion within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Manage project resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in an engineering discipline.
  • Five (5) years of experience in project management, customer service, or the mining industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership position.
  • Knowledge of the mining industry and related technologies is a plus.
  • A resourceful thinker who is willing to challenge the status quo of the organization.
  • An effective communicator, compelling leader, and strong collaborator.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written/spoken) is a must-have.
